Connecticut real estate market

Andres Gomez
Posted

Hi everyone, I’m new to the real estate investing world and am looking to get started! This will be my first property and am constrained to the eastern side of Connecticut plus Middletown. I am looking to purchase something as a primary residence that I can keep long term as a rental property.  I’m currently considering Norwich and nearby towns, Middletown, Meriden and west Hartford. I would love to hear the communities thoughts on the real state market in the area.

@Andres Gomez

Welcome to BP and to real estate investing in CT.

I am a buy and hold investor in New London County. I have a few four families and it has been working out well.

This is a great place to get any questions answered. Put them up here and people will give you what they think.

We have a FB group called "SE CT Real Estate Investors" which mostly focuses on New London County.
