Is house hacking allowed?

Arturo Garza
Posted

Hello,

I've been looking into different ways I could begin my investing journey, and I have been digging into house hacking.

I wanted to know if house hacking is a strategy that can be implemented in any suburb, county, city? I currently live in The Woodlands, Tx, and I would like to know if it is possible to house hack here. I am wondering because from what I've heard, the suburb makes it hard for a house owner to even cut down a tree. I'd like to be sure that this could be done here without any issues.

Also, I'd like to know if I can find this information somewhere or would I need to talk to a real estate agent?

Thanks in advance BP community!
