Hello everyone. I have a question about a mentor

Do I need a mentor to get started? I have a general idea of how to crunch the numbers and what things to take in consideration before seeing if the property is worth investing in. A mentor sounds like a great idea for the hands on training but can it be done with out one? Thank you for you time

If you want a mentor check out this blog post How to Find a Mentor

However you absolutely do not need a mentor. you do need a way to find answers and that can come from a mentor, your network, courses and books or Bigger Pockets. Good luck - Ned
