Good day!

I’m interested in starting a property management company in Michigan. I’m wondering if someone can tell me what I need to do in order to start. I am a realtor whose licensed is already held by an broker.

@Derrick E.

In Michigan, the Property Management Company must have its own Broker's License. Agents working for the PMC must have their agent licenses under the PMC's Broker License.
