I am curious, being new to this, how did others build a team out of state?

While everyone wants to start with a real estate agent, we recommend a Property Management Company (PMC).

No one shares more interests with an owner than a PMC.

Everyone else is transaction based - once the deal is done, they are done.

Second, would be to find an agent - which the PMC may have or can recommend.

Third, would be a GREAT inspector, that you find on your own, so they aren't biased by the PMC or agent and really look out for your best interests.
