Hey guys! My husband and I are about to be renting our house out in Jacksonville, FL and moving to Washington, D.C. with the military. We are looking to to connect with other BP investors to get a feel of the D.C. area. We’ve never been to the area before, and are looking to rent in the city for the first year before we purchase a investment property up there. We will be up there next weekend to visit and moving in June! Look forward to connecting with others in D.C.
