Best area’s to invest in the Milwaukee area

I am a new investor just starting out. I bought my first two family last year, and am now looking to purchase a second one.  I’m looking for properties in the Milwaukee and Waukesha area. My question is where can I get the most bang for my buck, I’m looking for areas that have the best price to rent ratio. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
