I agree with Edward about the goal, make sure it is SPECIFIC (i.e - make $5,000 by October 31 wholesaling).

I would also add to focus on ONE area of real estate at a time. I found that it's very easy to be pulled in different directions since there are so many options in real estate.

And - don't wait to learn everything to start taking action. Educate yourself, and take action..you will also learn as you do.
