New to BP and would like to introduce myself
Hello everyone my name is Daniil and I'm new to the BP community.
I'm interested in starting out in the STR/LTR market and would appreciate any and all advise for the Upstate NY, Pocono and PA markets. Pretty much trying to explore areas that are within driving distance from Brooklyn, NY.
I've already purchased a few books that were recommended in one of the threads here and they are really useful.
Was also wondering if there are any RE Brokers that work within the STR/LRT business models in the areas above.
Looking to have the first property for about $30-40k out of pocket including closing costs (i know it's not ideal, but we all have to start somewhere right.)

@Daniil Zarkh I do not service these areas but am confident to say that a 30-40k budget is really tight if you want to find a well performing STR asset. Those will be in the A-B class areas and will be more /sqft and will have larger competition at the offer table. I think your budget will serve you well with a LTR in a C class area where the cash flow is higher which will allow you to scale quicker. There are plenty of investor friendly realtors on BP from the NYC and PA markets that can assist you.
