Hello,

I am looking to start investing in single family homes in the Memphis area. Wondering if anyone has any PM recommendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Denver.

The best way that I have found the best property management companies in each of my targeted markets is by a simple google search and cold calling. Type into google: "property management *city*" and then start making a few calls. Once you find a selected few that are interested in helping you, schedule some face to face meetings with them to learn more about their business model. After a few of these meetings, you should have a better idea of what company best suits your needs.

Hope this helps and good luck!
