Extreme "Analysis Paralysis"!

Diorca Gonzalez
Posted

Hello all, I need a big push! I have been a member of Bigger Pockets for almost a year, but I just can't get my feet off the ground. I am interested in STR or Turnkey LTR properties. I am stuck on how to start. I do not have a business partner. I don't have enough money for a down payment for a traditional loan. I have excellent credit though, but don't know where to go from here. I can't make an offer unless I know I have the money. Any advice on how to get out there ???? So confused.

@Diorca Gonzalez don't take this the wrong way, but if you have been at it for a year, and haven't done much, maybe real estate just isn't for you. Buy index funds, or reits. There is nothing wrong with that path. I think a lot of people like the idea of real estate, but not actually like it. If I'm wrong, pick the 1 thing that scares you the most, and do that. RE is about problem solving, so start solving
