How easy or difficult was it to find your current brokerage firm or team?

Would love any reasons why you joined your current firm or what you are looking for because I have been looking for a while?

Does anyone else wish there was an easier way to find a firm other than interviewing 10-15 agencies and teams? Like I enjoy the sound of KW, but there are 5 teams around me? How do I choose the best one?
