Any out-of-state investors looking at Milwaukee or Wisconsin?

I am from the area, have my real estate salesperson's license, and would love to learn about your process.

Thanks,

Danny

We use SEO and see benefits from searches and people finding us on the web.

Did you hire an individual to complete the SEO or did you use a separate company/software?

Thanks,

Danny

Hello,

I just had a conversation today and the person is in wholesaling, house flipping, and rentals.

I am curious do any of you utilize SEO and Marketing for your business? And if so, do you have any recommendations on resources or websites to get started?

Thanks,
Danny

 Alot of folks use carrot.com

 Perfect, thank you, Dan!

Hey all,

I am curious when you were first starting out, did you work for or with a seasoned real estate investor?

If so, how did you find them and what type of work did you do with/for them?

Thanks,

Danny

Hi Danny, congrats on almost graduating. I wish I studied commercial real estate in school. I feel like it would have applied more to my real life instead of Economics, which is a tad more general. I am a licensed mortgage lender based out of NJ but licensed in 17 states including TN. I have a couple realtor contacts in Tennessee, but more in the Memphis area. I am also a big Tennessee Titans fan if that wins me any brownie points. Whether we work together or not, would love to connect!

Me as well Rick! Let's say very soon we can get something together!

As far as realtors go, Adrienne is a rockstar agent who serves a lot of investors.  I would recommend reach out to her.

Perfect! I appreciate it, I just reached out to her.

Thank you, Nick!

Hey all,

I am a college student, wrapping up my final year, studying commercial real estate and finance. I am going to make the move to Tennessee here very soon to help my parents set-up their house and build out my pop's business.

I have been researching and looking at the Knoxville area for Tennessee. I am curious if anyone has any recommendations for lenders, mortgage brokers, realtors, contractors, or other real estate investors I can be in touch with. I am grateful for any help or contacts that I can help out as well in any way.

Also, if anyone knows of any positions or opportunities to work with a real estate investor, I'll do whatever is needed, even getting them coffee if it means I can learn! I would love any recommendations.

It appears I am asking a lot and not giving much back, however, I know I am going to be able to give back ten-fold when the time comes.

Thank you very much, I appreciate your help,
Danny
