New to the REI family and need some guidance

Hello everyone! I’m Crystal. I found out about the BP family a few days and signed up for the pro membership today. I work a typical 9-5 and I gotta do better. I currently reside in NY and would like to invest in either NJ or PA (if anyone know about the markets anywhere out there, please advise).
