@Jason Simonelli the same thing has happened here but prices are lower compared to other markets. I've also considered getting a real estate license but I see alot of people are successfull without it. I like the idea of being an agent mainly because your income is not capped, it seems like a good way to be introduced to real estate as whole and may allow more opportunities to come your way

I have recently caught the real estate bug and am currently hooked on the podcasts. I am wanting to start a career in real estate and am looking for opportunities in the Lafayette/Indianapolis Indiana area, any advice is appreciated
