I just came home from WPB area. Looked at a couple rehab properties that we’re snatched up for way over value. Florida is not the place to invest for me right now. I’m sticking with Pennsylvania for now, air BnB around lakes and long terms in cities like Scranton.

Being you live in Florida, do you have any interest investing in Georgia or Alabama? Your 30k will go far in those two states.
