@Ahmad Royal - "Sold" by Davide Greene is a great sales book for real estate agents. I'm also a fan of "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion." It goes into understanding human nature and "hacks" on how humans make decisions. It helped me greatly with convincing others about my points and negotiating. Lastly, "Seven Stories Every Salesperson Must Tell" is a great read. It does an amazing job at helping you create stories to persuade others. Stories are a fantastic tool for sales since all of us can relate to a good story.
