Hey all,

I'm based in Southern California and am looking for markets to invest in out of state.  What tools and resources have you all been using? And/or do you have any tips for finding good markets? Thanks!

Hi @Jason Kang, I'm an out-of-the-country investor, and a couple of months ago we did a huge markets analysis to find our next market. My partner did that so I'm not sure what websites he was using, but, Feel free to PM me and when he'll get back home I can send this list to you, and if you want I can share with you my spreadsheet with all of our criteria.
