How do you get a loan with a partner?

Hey BiggerPockets Crew,

I’m doing partnerships on deals. I already have partners on line. I’m just wondering how the loan process works.

Questions:

1. Do I need to get the loan in my name or can my partner get since he’s putting most of the money?

2. how would you go about getting the loan?
