I have two questions!! I'm excited this is my first deal. 1. Is anyone familiar with Louisiana? I have a wholesale property that's a movable home, do movable homes come with titles? I'm asking is because the owner is going to use the money from the money to pay off the house. I'm not sure if I have to wait for a title or not. 2. I'm meeting the buyer this week. When he asked if the owner would be there to sign in the presence of a notary i said No. He was very hesitant. I couldn't explain why the owner would be present. This is my first time. I don't want to mess anything up. HELP....how do I explain this.
