Good morning and Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays to you all. My name is Jesse and recently sold my home and moved to Cape Coral due to covid. I am currently looking for a real estate agent who can help me find a a suitable Duplex to house hack. I currently am laking in employment history as my job in NY was closed due to covid, I have a job down here now but just started. looking for advice and some guidance on how I should proceed, not quite sure if I should just sit back and build work history and a little more savings or if I can just get started. thank you in advance
