Looking or tips on estimating insurance and taxes
Hello all, hope everyone is having an amazing holiday season. I am currently analyzing duplexs and SFRs in the Texas city, LaMarque area in Texas. I am looking for ideas on how to estimate insurance and taxes on properties with very little information. I am mainly focused on Duplexs I hope to purchase our first within 8 to 12 months. Thank you for any tips.

Hi @Joshua Osseweyer - you could reach out to local insurance agents to get an estimate from them. For the taxes you can look it up on the county website. I hope this helps.
