New To This and Excited about the Possibilities!

Brian Earnest
Posted

Hello everyone, new and experienced alike! My name is Brian and I am new to real estate investing. I just signed up here on BP and have received a couple books to get me started. I am just south of the Tampa, FL area and looking to invest in some SFH properties to build out my portfolio. I have also just joined a local REIA group and went to my first meeting today. Unfortunately with it being this time of year, today was the holiday party....:| I am ready to learn what I can and read about lessons they learned.

@Brian Earnest welcome to BP and investing. RE is a great way to make money. Don’t take on to much risk in the beginning and stay away from complex rehab projects. Work with reputable people over cheap people. Some tips I wish I followed!
