Hello Everyone,

I was hoping to get some feedback on my "Investor Resume". What do you think? What can I improve?

Thanks BP community!

Michael - Overall, looks good! I would suggest that you don't have to apologize for your why section by caveating with "I know it sounds generic..." I would be proud and just state your "why"! I would also suggest you talk about/mention the geography you are targeting with your investing (i.e. Michigan) as well as your "ideal/target" deal right now. (i.e. 8 Plex about $600k in value that has not be renovated in 15 years, etc...) That will help clarify what you are looking for to potential partners and real estate agents/brokers who may have deals. Good Luck!
