Hello I am new in this have no properties yet LLC?
I would like to know if I need to for an LLC to start buying properties or should I get them under my name what is the best way

@Wilmer Sanchez no you do not need an LLC. Just get an umbrella insurance policy until you grow your portfolio large enough.
