20% or 10% down as first investment?
20% down or 10% down as a first property investment (potential house hack) ? It's a personal preference but I still need some suggestions on it so that I can scrutinize each perspective

With no other information, I would lean to putting less down so you have excess cash for other investments.
On the other hand, often interest rates are higher when a property is more leveraged. There may be other term considerations. Of course, cash flow is worse too, and if cash flow were minimal, I would be concerned the property is over-leveraged. Depending on these other factors, I could easily change my mind to 20% down.
