Best books for real estate, business, or personal growth?

I've read almost all of the BiggerPockets books by David Green & Brandon Turner. I LOVE how Brandon explains things in layman's terms, like he's talking to a 5 year old. I wanted to know if there are any good real estate books, business books, or personal growth books that you might recommend. The more explanatory, the better. I've also already read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' & 'How to Win Friends & Influence People'. Thanks in advance.

One of my favorite books is the book of Proverbs in the Bible. So much wisdom and advice regarding finances and work ethic.
