I'm about to graduate college & would like to start a job in the real estate industry. I don't know if that's an agent, appraiser, inspector, or whatever. I've read almost all of the BiggerPockets books by David Green & Brandon Turner. I LOVE how Brandon explains things in layman's terms, like he's talking to a 5 year old. I wanted to know if there are any good real estate books, business books, or personal growth books that you might recommend. The more explanatory, the better. I've also already read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' & 'How to Win Friends & Influence People'. Thanks in advance.

I'm just beginning my journey in real estate. I would like to start off by buying a small multi-family property & house hack in one of the units. I've tested a few apps & none of them are that great & have completely different results, as I'm searching primarily for multi-family properties. Please let me know what apps have worked for you.
