Should I setup a Corp to buy rentals? I live in section 8

I’m interested in picking up a couple rentals. I live in section 8, and theirs income limits we should follow.

I was thinking buying the rentals under a (CORP) and paying myself a reasonable salary.

Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated thank you
