What are best ways to structure commission based 1099 employees on your team?

Are there pros and cons?

General responsibility would be to help scale the business, doing office admin style things 10%, managing the funnel 50%, Managing systems and processes.

My goal is to scale a business and I need to leverage a team of highly skilled and motivated team.
