Attorney needed for business entity structuring in Maryland

I live in Maryland & my husband and I need legal guidance on business entity structuring. We blindly created an LLC but need help in developing the business structure and determining if an LLC is appropriate for the type of business we want to run. We are interested in buy and hold properties ranging from single family homes to small apartments. Thank you for your help.

Also, you should have two conversations, one with the atty regarding entity type and structure and one with a tax advisor to confirm the setup also works tax wise.
