Using an app as a buisness number?

I am starting to set up my buisness and would like to know what would be more professional for recieving and outgoing calls and messages/ texts ect. I know that people say that you eventually become close with the people you network with and invest with, but who's to say when? So I just want to get input on whether or not I should use my general number to put on my buisness cards, get a second phone plan or just a single free phone app?

Hello @Winnie Rim! I am a big fan of Google Voice. It is free to set up and has some great features, including calls over WiFi, decent transcription for VM, and integration with your Gmail & Google Calendar. The transcription and integration with email are especially great for keeping a paper trail for business communications. I like to keep things separate because that's how I keep myself organized. As you become closer to the great folks you are working with, you can provide them your personal number later. Most important is to find a system that works best for you. May luck find you in your investing!
