RE market heading up or down?
I understand that we can't always predict exactly when the market will rise or fall, but I would like to hear everyone's opinion on where we are right now, and also where we are headed in the near future. Thank you.

The economic Market trends are geographic market specific. The influences from the particular geographic market you are analyzing will dictate if that economic market is going up or down.
There are always geographic markets that are going up as well as ones going down...at all times. Your job as a REI, should you choose to accept it, is to find the ones going up...and invest there.
