Setting up and accessing finance through LLC

Hey guys

I currently live in AUS and am the director of a PTY LTD company. We are looking to setup an LLC to invest in US property.

Looking to connect with anyone who has experience in this area.

Our main issues are which state do we set up the LLC with and why. And how do we get finance through that ?
