Business Expenses, LLC's and Taxes

Hi All

SO. I have a LLC. I have an appt with a CPA to discuss my tax strategy. I have a (one) rental property that i plan on moving to my LLC (my bank allows assignments like this for investment properties).

I have a business loan lined up for capital and i have a plan to purchase 3-4 more properties over the next 6 months.

So my question is as follows:

I used my money as the down payment on the rental. I also used 7k to fix up another property that is in the process of being rented. I created two promissory notes as a lending mechanism between my LLC and myself. Now that i have business funding, can i pay myself back, fulfill the notes?

thanks as always.
