What are some of the protections granted by PA regarding asset seizures, etc.  

Sorry .. there are 2 separate loans with the same company.  I didn't respond to the original letters from the lawyer so they are calling in the whole amount of the loans.  I have been trying to contact the original lender, but we never seem to connect.  i dont know if i should keep reaching out to come to an alternative payment.  

Hi all.. i need some help.  i had a late payment in Feb. now i have received a summons for the whole amount of the 2 loans.  i forgot to respond to the original letter with all this Covid going around.   But now i think i am in deep.  what do i need to do..

I have a renovated and occupied 4-plex in Arkon OH. I am looking to get out from the hard money loan but the conventional refi loans are mostly gone. Looking for to reach out to the community for help/resources to see if someone is interested in providing private funding as the primary lien holder.  It is two, separate duplexes on one lot.  Located in up and coming neighborhood, down the street from St. Vincent's school and the Promise Academy.   I had a BPO completed, please reach out for details.

so i just saw this thread.  Filled out the instant assistance forms on line.  The ones we upload need an SBA # how did any of you get that?  I called the number without much luck trying to get that. 

I am looking for a 1st lean investor for my property in Akron OH.  4 plex.  Two separate duplexs.  All major rehab is complete ( roofs, mechanical, plumbing, windows, entry doors, applances).  

Smaller back 2 units are rented @ 650/month.  1 year leases.

one of the front units is currently be marketed.  These are larger (1600 or so sq ft). list rent is 750.

other front unit needs some minor cosmetic work completed to be ready for renter.  

tenants pay utilities. 

looking for a first lean of 150k somewhere in the 7-8% range.  This payment can be covered by the current tenants.  

once rented, looking at almost 2% rule.  

This area is West Hill which is an up and coming neighborhood.  house is 225-231 Crosby st. 

its about 1/2 mile from St. Vincents school ( where Labron James went) and is a few miles from his Promise school.
