I am preparing to close on my first rental property! I am thinking about LLC names. What are your thoughts for/against naming the LLC after the property address?

We always try to name it after the address.  Two main reasons:

1 - It is probably available

2 - It's easy to associate the LLC to the asset when accounting/taxes/bookkeeping is involved
