Hello Everyone on bigger pockets. My name is Keith and I live in Las Vegas,NV .I work herein the military at Nellis AFB. I want to start a side buisness of becoming a property manager here as my way into real estate. Is there anyone on here a liscence property manager in the state of Nevada? If so, What steps did you have to take to become one. (Schooling, Internship, self employment)Again I want to work for myself and eventually start a firm. (I accept all criticsm in the comments just don't tell me it's impossible Thanks!!)

Its impossible 😀😀To be a pm you must become a realtor and have a property manager endorsement which 24 hours of education and testing must be completed . You would have to work under a broker for 2 plus years in order to obtain your broker's license.Now you will be able to open your own business

@Steven Picker Thank you Steven for your honest and valuable feedback. In your opinion from all the experience that you have now. If you can go back in time how would you get started in real estate investing?Or just real estate period.
