Hello Everyone on bigger pockets. My name is Keith and I live in Las Vegas,NV .I work herein the military at Nellis AFB. I want to start a side buisness of becoming a property manager here as my way into real estate. Is there anyone on here a liscence property manager in the state of Nevada? If so, What steps did you have to take to become one. (Schooling, Internship, self employment)Again I want to work for myself and eventually start a firm. (I accept all criticsm in the comments just don't tell me it's impossible Thanks!!)

Its impossible 😀😀To be a pm you must become a realtor and have a property manager endorsement which 24 hours of education and testing must be completed . You would have to work under a broker for 2 plus years in order to obtain your broker's license.Now you will be able to open your own business
