Setting up an LLC and a Trust in TX

Hi,

I'm looking for guidance on setting up an LLC to be managed by a Trust for some rentals here in the Austin TX area. Is there anyone who is an expert on this that would be willing to speak with me? I'd really appreciate it. Looking for an attorney or an experienced member.

Thanks in Advance!

Jon

@Jonathan West try Steve Davis. I haven't worked with him myself but I've been to his weekly Wednesday meetup off Far West, and he's very high on using trusts. (I see that he's also a member on BP but it looks like pretty inactive.)

@Jonathan West - you may want to use Legalzoom.com - I've used them for all of my LLCs and Inc in various states across the US, and you can speak to their attorneys.

@Jonathan West Legal Zoom is great if you want a simple LLC established or deed transfer. If you are setting up something more complex or you want the extra security of speaking with an attorney I have worked with Joe Leak at https://brltexaslaw.com/ to set up my business and review partnership contracts. I highly recommend them for any business structure or asset protection that you would like to do.

I highly recommend Scott. He created my LLC/trust and is very knowledgeable regarding asset protection.
