How to not draw a salary from a husband/wife LLC-S-corp
My wife and I have an S-Corp elected LLC and invest in 100% buy and hold passive income. Problem is that I have been disabled with a non-work related injury and will pull long term disability where I cannot make another income. So any advise on how do my wife and I restructure our business where I'm still part of the business but not a member/shareholder that has to take a "reasonable salary", short of making my wife the sole and 100% owner. Mostly due to my wife and I both being guaranties on numerous loans. Thanks for you advise in advance.
