Out of state investing from CA
Any out of state , while living in California investors out there? How do the tax laws impact you here?
Here's a specific, the state that I invest in, SC, enables you to secure individual properties by individual LLC's. For example, 1 SFR:1 LLC. However, my current understanding of CA tax laws is that any LLC operating primarily within CA must pay a minimum tax of $800.
