Series LLC or Regular LLC?
I am going to be working with a lawyer who likes to do series LLC's however since it's not as proven I'm leary of forming one? I'm sure he would have no suggestions if I wanted to form a regular LLC but just wondering your guys thoughts?
Thanks!

I am with you.. there isn't a lot of case law behind the series LLC. I just read a book by Garrett Sutton (Robert Kiyosakis attorney) called "Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships". The book is really new (Less than a month old from this post) and he for years has said the series LLC does not have any case law and basically you would become the case law. Garrett Sutton is still saying this and is referring to it as the "Are You Serious LLC?"
I hope this helps.
