Wonder what you all think of this. What could be the future outcome? http://thehill.com/policy/finance/317698-trump-to-sign-executive-actions-targeting-obama-financial-regulations

From nothing to everything my friend. Not to be an alarmist but it rattles my cage a bit. If the open up banks to start with the ridiculous loans that happened in the 2004-2008 years make sure you are saving as much cash as you can to buy up all the deals the suckers overpaid for. Bottom line, buy smart, put some sweat equity in, don't buy prospecting on appreciation, and hey, who knows. This may be your chance to buy in the Denver or San Fran Market soon enough! Bottom line, people will always need a place to live. MF rental properties are safe bets if you buy smart.
