I'm looking into buying a rental with Hard Money or on a credit card using business credit, than using BRRR to pay off debt is this a good idea?

@Dustin Lauer It would be acquired via business credit. No PG. No credit history to risk. 

@Christopher Phillips that is the plan to be out of it in 3-4 months. 

@James Triano Yes I want to be out asap. And my strategy is duplexes for this plan.
