hello everybody, I been in the army for 4 years and just got out to move here to Kansas City with a good job. I've been getting familiar with housing market here so I can identify a good deal, I've also been following bigger pockets and real estate for a while now. I got approved for va loan and am excited  about finally getting started in a hopefully successful airb&b, the only problem is since I'm new here I don't know where the best locations are to start one, I'm trying find where all the attractions are but I need some help, does anyone have any recommendations for a good agent? also any tips or suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you bigger pockets
