hello everybody, I been in the army for 4 years and just got out to move here to Kansas City with a good job. I've been getting familiar with housing market here so I can identify a good deal, I've also been following bigger pockets and real estate for a while now. I got approved for va loan and am excited  about finally getting started in a hopefully successful airb&b, the only problem is since I'm new here I don't know where the best locations are to start one, I'm trying find where all the attractions are but I need some help, does anyone have any recommendations for a good agent? also any tips or suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you bigger pockets

Hello I'm in Kansas City and I'm about to buy my first house to get started and hopefully successful in investing. My goal is to buy a 3 or four bedroom house, live in one of the rooms and rent the rest out through bed and breakfast and live there for free, and eventually moving out altogether and just renting out the whole house, so my question is what am I looking for in terms of location to so that I'll be in a prime area for people to come and rent out? somebody please help me out

my name is Zach Bryan and I've been interested In real estate for as long as I can remember. I'm 23 years old and just got out of the army, I'm starting a new life here in Kansas City with a good job, i don't have and money to get started just yet  I don't know if it would be better to buy a house and rent it out to people or just flip a house
