Non Real Estate Business Ownership

I am curious of some non-real estate related businesses that the brilliant people of BP may own and operate.

Currently I have a couple single families, a duplex, and a small storage facility that generate a good income.

I went full time real estate this year to see how I enjoyed it.

I am 26 years old and re-evaluating my life goals.  I have always wanted to build, operate and sell a business.  Yes I know I could go into more serious flipping ventures, and that is a business.

But it has been on my mind for about 7 years now that I want to start and grow a business with employees, with the intention of selling and scaling.

My wealth building strategy would be to generate profits for 2 years, purchase commercial property under separate entity, and sell the business in the third year, retaining the real estate as landlord to the new owner.

So my question, BP, is what other businesses are you owners of (landscaping? moving? auto repair?floor restoration? etc.)  and how did you start?
