Hey BP Community! A fellow salesman of mine at work has been talking about getting into RE but doesn't have the capital. I summarized creative financing to him and the general idea of an Investor. Now he's interested in working with me on getting deals put together in our area. He has no business experience but has a desire to learn REI and has sales experience. How would you approach this situation? If you have experience with something similar, what did you do and what have you learned from it?
