Property Scout / Bird Dog
I have been studying the real estate business thoroughly over the last couple of months and it appears to me that a good option for a beginner like me would be property scouting. I see it as a way to learn more about real estate investing while making money that I can eventually put towards my own investments. Does anyone have any experience being or dealing with a property scout? If so, what advice could you give me? Also, is becoming a skilled and profitable property scout a long term ordeal? I currently live in Atlantic Beach, Florida, just outside of Jacksonville, FL, but I will be moving about 45 minutes south to St. Augustine, FL in the fall. I appreciate any and all advice!
Thanks!
