Lease contracts and Land Trusts in Pennsylvania

 Came across this article from 2009 from a law firm in Pennsylvania and wanted to share it with the BP community, Anyone investing in Pennsylvania may want to read this before reaching for that standard lease contract or forming a Land trust for your property.
